Dr. Bauer was with Shands Hospital and the University of Florida Health Science Center in Jacksonville, FL for a total of 10 year. Dr. Bauer comes to us with very impressive credentials. She attended medical school at the Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA. She completed her fellowship in Endocrinology at the University of Florida Health Science Center in Jacksonville, FL. Her internship and residency in Internal Medicine was completed at Saint Elizabeth Medical Center of Boston, MA and University of Florida Health Science Center in Jacksonville, FL. She was voted “Resident of the Year” by her peers in 1993. Dr. Bauer is Board Certified in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism.
